The fact that Bishop's fails to sufficiently recognize Veteran's day (sure, the little speech during announcements was a nice thought, but considering the sacrifice that these people have made for our country and our lives as we know them today, Mr. Coffman's words were not nearly enough) is one of the most (and only) disappointng aspects of the school. We have Headmaster's Holiday, Professional Growth Day, we have a week dedicated to gay penguins, but we don't do anything for Veteran's day. Thank you, Dr. Rap, for expressing your gratitude - it was the only mention of the word "veteran" I heard coming from anyone at Bishop's on November 11.
